For this purpose, 45 children with an age range of 4 to 6 years were selected as a sample. Methodology: After selecting the sample of basic motor skills pre-test (TGMD3 test), enjoyment of physical activity (Moore et al., 2001), self-efficacy (Wood et al., 2007) and motivation (CMMQ questionnaire) were performed. Participants were then divided into three groups: free play, planned play and control. The intervention protocol for the experimental groups included 16 45-minute training sessions. During this period, the control group was not active and after the last training session, a post-test was performed and the results were recorded. Results: The results of analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of basic motor skills, self-efficacy, motivation and enjoyment of physical activity in terms of group membership (experimental and control groups). Also, the results of Bernafroni post hoc test showed that the purposeful and free game group performed better. Conclusion: According to the research results, play can be used as a useful intervention to help children's motor and mental development.}, keywords = {play,motor skills,Motivation,self-efficacy}, title_fa = {اثر بازی آزاد و بازی طراحی شده بر مهارت های حرکتی بنیادی، خود کارآمدی، لذت و انگیزه کودکان پیش دبستانی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین اثر بازی آزاد و بازی  طراحی شده بر مهارت های حرکتی بنیادی، خود کارآمدی، لذت و انگیزه کودکان پیش دبستانی بود. به همین منظور تعداد 45 کودک با دامنه سنی 4 تا 6 سال بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش شناسی: پس از انتخاب نمونه پیش آزمون مهارت های حرکتی بنیادی (آزمون TGMD3)، لذت از فعالیت بدنی (مور و همکاران، 2001)، خودکارآمدی (وود و همکاران، 2007) و انگیزش (پرسشنامهCMMQ) بعمل آمد. سپس  شرکت کنندگان به سه گروه بازی آزاد، بازی برنامه ریزی شده و کنترل  تقسیم شدند.  پروتکل مداخله برای گروه های تجربی شامل 16 جلسه تمرینی 45 دقیقه ای  بود. در این مدت گروه کنترل فعالیتی نداشت و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرینی پس آزمون به عمل آمد و نتایج ثبت گردید. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد، بین میانگین باقیماندة نمرات مهارت های حرکتی بنیادی، خودکارآمدی، انگیزش و لذت از فعالیت بدنی آزمودنیها بر حسب عضویت گروه (دو گروه تجربی و کنترل) تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون تعقیبی برنفرونی نشان داد که گروه بازی هدفمند و آزاد عملکرد بهتری داشته اند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان از بازی به عنوان مداخله سودمند جهت کمک به رشد حرکتی و روانی کودکان استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {بازی,مهارت حرکتی,انگیزش,خودکارآمدی}, url = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_111497.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_111497_3856ea031443a6662c67c4b43a2bb232.pdf} }
