This study aimed to determine the effect actual motor competence, perceptual competence and health-related physical fitness on physical activity children.Materials & Methods: Participants pf the current study is consist of 204 boys in the age range of 8-11 with average age of 9.9 and index body math of 19.9. physical activity and perceived competence related data typically collected with physical activity for older children questionnaire inspired, physical ability scale self-descriptive questionnaire inspired by Marsh. Furthermore short-form of Bruninks-Oseretsky test of motor competence have been used in order to assess the actual motor competence and running/walking 600 yard test in aspect of health related physical fitness have been used. Results:The result of multiple regression analysis revealed that the result predict 31% of actual motor competence, perceived 35% cardiovascular fitness-14% of boys. The result of the one-way Anova indicated that there is a significant difference in the level of physical activity of child with actual competence and perceived of high and low and high and middle. More than different level of child physical-activity of cardiovascular fitness was not significant. Perceived competence is also the best predictor of the physical activity of boys in this age group.Conclusion: It is suggested that in designing interventions to improve motor competence, Pay special attention to perceived competence to promote the physical activity of boys.}, keywords = {Motor competence,perceived competence,cardiovascular fitness,physical activity,children}, title_fa = {بهترین پیش بینی کننده فعالیت بدنی پسران در دوره کودکی: شایستگی حرکتی، شایستگی ادراک شده و آمادگی جسمانی مرتبط با سلامت}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: فعالیت بدنی تحت تاثیر رفتارهای بهداشتی مانند شایستگی حرکتی واقعی، ادراک شده و آمادگی جسمانی مرتبط با سلامت قرار می گیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر شایستگی حرکتی واقعی، شایستگی ادراک‌شده و آمادگی جسمانی مرتبط با سلامت برای پیش بینی فعالیت بدنی کودکان بود. روش شناسی: 204 نفر از پسران 11-8 سال با میانگین سنی (9/9) و شاخص توده بدن (9/19) در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. فعالیت بدنی و شایستگی حرکتی ادراک‌شده به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی برای کودکان بزرگ‌تر و مقیاس توانایی جسمانی پرسشنامه خودتوصیفی بدنی مارش استفاده شد. همچنین از آزمون بروینینکس اوزرتسکی فرم کوتاه برای اندازه‌گیری شایستگی حرکتی و از آزمون راه رفتن/دویدن 540 متر به‌عنوان منتخبی از آمادگی جسمانی مرتبط با سلامت استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد شایستگی مهارت حرکتی واقعی 31 درصد، ادراک‌شده 35 درصد و استقامت قلبی-عروقی 14 درصد فعالیت بدنی پسران را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. همچنین آزمون آنوا یک‌طرفه نشان داد تفاوت معناداری در سطوح فعالیت بدنی کودکان با شایستگی مهارت حرکتی و ادراک‌شده بالا و پایین و بالا و متوسط پیدا شد؛ علاوه بر این فعالیت بدنی کودکان با سطوح مختلف استقامت قلبی عروقی معنادار نبود. همچنین شایستگی ادراک‌شده بهترین پیش‌بینی کننده فعالیت بدنی پسران در این دوره سنی است. نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می شود در طراحی برنامه های مداخله ای برای بهبود شایستگی حرکتی، توجه ویژه ای به شایستگی ادراک شده برای ترویج فعالیت بدنی پسران شود.}, keywords_fa = {شایستگی حرکتی,شایستگی ادراک‌شده,آمادگی قلبی عروقی,فعالیت بدنی,کودکان}, url = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_91797.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_91797_98522d9ca2540cba1d4010a094f3363a.pdf} }
