بررسی اولویت بندی منابع مالی ، تجهیزات و امکانات ورزشی در ارتقاء ورزش قهرمانی(مطالعه موردی استان همدان)

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش تعیین و رتبه بندی منابع مالی ، تجهیزات و امکانات ورزشی در ارتقاء ورزش قهرمانی استان همدان بود . با توجه به اهداف پژوهش منابع مالی، تجهیزات و امکانات ورزشی از دیدگاه مدیران هیئتهای ورزشی، ورزشکارن، مدیران اداره ورزش و جوانان، مربیان و کارشناسان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بدین منظور 116 آزمودنی پرسشنامه هارا تکمیل نمودند. داده ها باآزمون فریدمن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روایی صوری و محتوای پرسشنامه با توزیع ابتدایی پرسشنامه ها بین تعداد 15 نفر از متخصصین رشته تربیت بدنی و اعمال نظرات اصلاحی تاییدشد. همچنین به منظور بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه ابتدا تعداد 30 پرسشنامه بین جامعه آماری توزیع که پس از جمع آوری پایایی کل پرسشنامه 91%محاسبه گردید .نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که از بین عوامل تجهیزات وامکانات «توسعه تعداد اماکن تخصصی »، از بین عوامل مالی «نظام تقسیم عادلانه منابع مالی دارای بالاترین اولویت می باشند(p

The purpose of this research was to determine and rank the financial resources, equipment and facilities for promoting the sport of championship in Hamedan province. According to the objectives of the research financial resources, equipment and facilities were evaluated from the viewpoints of sports managers, athletes, sports and youth managers, coaches and experts. For this purpose, 116 subjects completed the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Friedman test. The face validity and content of the questionnaire were confirmed by the initial distribution of the questionnaires among 15 physical education specialists and applying corrective comments. Also, to check the reliability of the questionnaire, 30 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population, which was 91% after collecting the total reliability of the questionnaire.
