The aim of this study was not to investigate the relationship between disability resistance, pain and quality of life in female students with chronic low back pain.Research: 117 students with chronic low back pain (mean±standard deviation; age 21/45 ±1/56 years, height 162/08± 5/35 cm, weight 56/88± 7.81 kg ) in participating in this study, the Quebec pain warfare questionnaire, Ostosteric disability rate and SF-36 quality of life, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data.Result: The result showed that there was a significant relationship between pain intensity with disability (p < 0.05, r=0.716) and quality of life (p < 0.05, r=0.555). Between mental limitation with pain intensity(p < 0.05, r=0.261), with disability (p < 0.05,r=0.128) and mental health (p < 0.05, r=0.308) no significant correlation was observed. The rate of disability and quality of life were significantly related (p < 0.05, r= -0.540).Conclution: as the results show, higher scores in superior quality of life is related to physical function, which indicates that chronic pain is the least effective on physical funection. And the lowest score is related to the dimension of mental limitation, which indicates the most negative effect of chronic pain relief on this factor. being pressured by these dimensions is a psychological pressure on students.}, keywords = {Keywords: chronic low back pain,Disability,war pain,Quality of Life}, title_fa = {ارتباط بین شدت ناتوانی، درد و کیفیت زندگی در دانشجویان دختر مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: حدود 80-60 درصد مردم جامعه در طول عمرشان حداقل یکبار به عارضه کمردرد مبتلا می‌شوند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین شدت ناتوانی، درد و کیفیت زندگی در دانشجویان دختر مبتلا به کمر درد مزمن می‌باشد.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: تعداد 117 دانشجوی مبتلا به کمر درد مزمن (میانگین±انحراف استاندارد؛ 56/1±45/21 سال، قد 35/5±08/162 سانتی متر و وزن 81/7±88/56 کیلوگرم) در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. برای بررسی شدت درد، میزان ناتوانی و کیفیت زندگی به ترتیب از پرسشنامه‌های شدت درد کیوبک، میزان ناتوانی اوسوستری و کیفیت زندگی SF-36استفاده شد. از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین شدت درد با ناتوانی (05/0 p < ، 716/0 =r) و کیفیت زندگی (05/0 p < ، 554/0 -=r) ارتباط معنا داری وجود داشت. بین محدودیت روحی با شدت درد (05/0 p < ، 261/0 =r)، با میزان ناتوانی (05/0 p < ، 128/0 =r) و سلامت روان (05/0 p < ، 308/0 =r) ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد. میزان ناتوانی و کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معنا داری با یکدیگر داشتند (05/0 p < ، 540/0- =r).نتیجه گیری: همانطور که نتایج نشان می دهد بیشترین امتیاز درمورد ابعاد کیفیت زندگی، مربوط به عملکرد جسمانی است که بیانگر این مطلب است که کمر درد مزمن کمترین تاثیر را روی عملکرد جسمانی داشته است. و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به بعد محدودیت روحی می باشد که نشان دهنده بیشترین تاثیر منفی کمر درد مزمن بر این فاکتور است. درواقع از عوامل پایین بودن این ابعاد، فشارهای روانی بر دانشجویان است.}, keywords_fa = {واژه های کلیدی: کمردرد مزمن,ناتوانی,شدت درد,کیفیت زندگی}, url = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_130315.html}, eprint = {https://www.jmbs.ir/article_130315_af7e0031c504c45945f4e1881e1def93.pdf} }
