The Study of the Role of Quantum Management Skills on Organizational Performance and Agility in the Physical Training of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army

Abstract

Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of quantum management skills on organizational performance and agility of Iranian Army physical education staff.
Methodology: This research is an applied goal in terms of correlation strategy implemented by field method. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Ajay physical education department in 197 which is 169 persons. To measure the research variables, standard questionnaires of Secondary Huge Quantity Management Skills (1393), organizational performance of Sarmad et al. (2011) and organizational agility of Zhang and Sharifi (2000) were used.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between quantum management and organizational performance (r = 0.898). There was a significant relationship between quantum management and organizational agility (r = 0.710). Also, there was the highest correlation between the quantum thinking component and the flexibility component (r = 0.692).
Conclusion: EJA managers should pay particular attention to the quantum and applied aspects of these skills in order to lead more effectively. Because quantum management skills enable managers to make their own intentions and intentions.
