Investigating the mediating role of social responsibility in the impact of intellectual capital and cultural capital on human resource productivity (Case study: Isfahan General Directorate of Sports and Youth)

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of intellectual capital and cultural capital on human resource productivity with the mediating role of social responsibility in Isfahan's General Directorate of Sport and Youth. The type of research was applied research and the method was descriptive-correlation study and the statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of Isfahan province's youth and youth general office (176). All of the employees was selected as sample. The instruments used in this study were Intellectual Capital Assessment Standard Questionnaire, Cultural Capital Standard Questionnaire, Productivity Standard Questionnaire and Social Responsibility Standard Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability in a pilot test with 30 subjects with Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire of intellectual capital (0.84), cultural capital (0.79), productivity (0.81) and responsibility Social (0.91) was calculated. Descriptive, inferential statistical methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnof test, simple linear regression test using SPSS software version 24 and SPSS software version 3 were used for data analysis. The results showed that cultural and intellectual capital had significant effect on human resource productivity. Also, cultural capital and intellectual capital had significant effect on social responsibility, but there was no significant relationship between social responsibility and human resource productivity. Therefore, in order to increase the productivity of human resources, in addition to tangible assets, invest in the intangible assets of the employees and provide them with the opportunity to build effective relationship between them.
