Abstract

Prevalence of coronavirus (COVID-19) have led to an increase of 156 million confirmed cases and more than 3255,000 deaths worldwide by March 2021. The current disruption of coronavirus COVID-19 exercise has challenged physicians, coaches, and assistant coaches to identify the best ways to return safely to exercise. There is a specific need to create and take ongoing measures to resume sports activities, including training and competitions, to prioritize the health and well-being of athletes while protecting coaches, staff and spectators. This article provides an overview of the effects of coronavirus COVID-19 on the sports population and provides considerations for exercise during an outbreak, as well as guidelines for returning to exercise with restrictions. staff and spectators.
