Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic intelligence on macro-environmental intelligence, organizational resources intelligence, competitiveness intelligence, organizational processes intelligence of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method of this dissertation is a sequential exploratory mix, the number of samples used in the Delphi stage for this research is 12 and the sampling method is chain or snowball. In the quantitative part of the present study, the statistical population includes 705 managers and staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The questionnaire, which was obtained after the Delphi stage and with the opinion of experts, contains 133 items. This tool was validated by exploratory factor analysis. Exploratory factor analysis with SPSS software (measurement model test based on the validity and reliability of measurement tools) and with Smart PALS software confirmatory factor analysis (Structural model testing, test Hypotheses and the study of the effect of variables on each other) were performed. Strategic intelligence in the Ministry of Sports and Youth consists of different types of intelligence that create a synergy and interaction between macro-environmental intelligence, organizational resource intelligence, competitive intelligence, organizational process intelligence rather than information and knowledge. Provide added value for the organization to make strategic decisions.
