Developing a model for the role of economic, social and cultural capital on students' happiness, with emphasis on sports activities Case study (students of Payame Noor University, Kermanshah province)

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of developing a model of the role of economic, social and cultural capital on students' happiness, with an emphasis on sports activities. Purpose-based research method is applied; It was based on strategy, combination, and based on descriptive-survey implementation method. The statistical population of the study included all students of Payame Noor University of Kermanshah (7000 people), the entrance of the first semester of 1300-1499, which was done by stratified-random sampling method, and based on Morgan table (364 people), as a statistical sample. were chosen. The tool used in this study was the use of four standard questionnaires: happiness, social capital, cultural capital and economic capital. In this study, the validity of the questionnaires was evaluated using content validity and based on opinion polls with academic experts, and the reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of / 91, -923 /, -781, respectively, and / 869, was calculated. In order to analyze the findings and compile the model, Smart PLS statistical software, structural equation model, and confirmatory factor analysis method were used. The results showed that different capitals and their development and expansion, especially in social, cultural and economic issues, and taking advantage of the rich identity and cultural background, can pave the way for the development of students' happiness.
