Abstract

Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of organizational structure, organizational strategy and organizational performance in sports organizations in Lorestan province.
Methodology: In terms of the nature of correlational research, in terms of purpose, it is an applied research that the data were collected by survey. The statistical population of the study included managers and staff of Lorestan Youth and Sports Department, of which 100 people were all selected as a statistical sample by census method. And the Algoo et al.'s (2010) Ethical Decision Making Questionnaire. Statistical methods used in the research include descriptive and inferential statistics. For statistical calculations of the research, two software SPSS version 22 and LISREL were used.
Results: The results showed the positive effect of organizational structure, organizational strategy and organizational performance of sports organizations in Lorestan province.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizational structure, organizational strategy and organizational performance of sports organizations in Lorestan province can improve the situation of sports organizations in Lorestan province.
