The Effect of Emotional Intelligence Dimensions on Organizational Productivity of Physical Education Institutions of the Universities, the Mediator of Organizational Voice

Introduction and purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational productivity of employees of educational institutions of the universities of the country, as the mediator of organizational vocation.

Methodology: The present research is a descriptive-correlational research survey, including field studies. The statistical population of this study was all staff of the educational institutions of the universities of the country.320 individuals were selected as samples based on Morgan's table.Data were collected by three questionnaires.The content validity of the questionnaire was by the experts (15 professors Sports management) has been approved.The reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS and Smart PLS were used to analyze the data.

Results: Results indicated that organizational vocal and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on productivity. The effect of emotional intelligence on organizational voices was confirmed. the results indicated that the effect of emotional intelligence on productivity through organizational voices in the staff of the departments Physical rituals of the universities of the country are positive and significant.Therefore, the hypothesis is zero and the research hypothesis is confirmed, which means that with confidence 95%, emotional intelligence can be said about employees' productivity Physical Education Institutions of the country play an important role in mediating organizational voices, in other words.

Conclusion: the part of the variable of emotional intelligence due to the organizational vocal variables is transferred to the productivity of staff of the educational institutions of the universities of the country.
