Comparison of the effect of two types of Swedish and Shiatsu massage on male shoulder grip syndrome

Abstract

Introduction & purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the effects of two types of Swedish and Shiatsu massage on male muscle volunteers' shoulder trapping syndrome.
Methodology: Participants of the study were selected from 36 patients with tracheal tenderness syndrome and randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 12). The protocol of massage program was performed in six weeks and each week in two 60-minute sessions. Massage activities include surface stroke, phlegm massage, massage, peptic massage, percussion massage, hand injury and Shiatsu massage including pain relief in the shoulder region of the shoulder.
Results: The results of the t-test showed that the Swedish massage program and Shiatsu effect on the reduction of male volleyball disability with traumatic traumatic syndrome. Also, there is a significant difference between the Swedish massage group and Shiatsu on the reduction of joint weaknesses of male volleyball players with traumatic traumatic syndrome. In addition, the results show that Shiatsu massage program is more than a massage on the shoulder disability of male volleyball players with traumatic traumatic syndrome
Conclusion: Therefore, in order to reduce disability and reduce the cost of treatment, these two methods of massage are recommended. Particularly Swedish massage, by increasing the range of motion and removing muscle spasms, has an effective role in reducing temporary pains and discomforts, and can overcome the discomfort.
