Abstract
Introduction & Purpose: Methodology: The most important source of power for each person is the existence of his faith and his religious beliefs, because spiritual beliefs are very important in life and guarantee the health of the body and the soul. Methodology: The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method and a statistical questionnaire to know that there is a significant relationship between mental and emotional attachment between attachment and insight. Results: The results of this study are descriptive-analytical and using statistical data is as follows: Spirituality can be holy or non-religious, ethical values, religion, mysticism, etc., which can be of any meaning to life in Mental health of each person is measured in relation to the world around him and his community, and it can not be said that mental health is an individual matter and suffers from individual criteria and characteristics; Conclusion: Spiritual attachment is a good predictor of mental health, meaning that those with a spiritual attachment with a confidence of 0.75 can be said to have mental health.
