Abstract

Introduction & Purpose: The aim of the current study was to investigate the role of watching Korean Incheon 2014 Asian Games on Television on the attitudes of athletes watching the events on television. The research was a descriptive type whose research population included athletes in Lorestan Province
Methodology: A number of statistical tests including Kolmogroph – Smirnoph Test to test normal distribution of the data , KMO Test to test representativeness , Kroit Bart Let to test significant relationship of the data, Factor Analysis to identify variables , and T-test research hypotheses were used . In current research , regarding research literature , theoretical foundations and guidance of instructors the researcher-made questionnaire was used in study and distributed among 379 people as research sample , using clustering sampling and simple randomized sampling, on the basis of Morgan Table .
Results: , the results of research hypotheses associated with the role of gender , the way of watching television by athletes and changes in attitudes of viewers indicated a significant difference implying that individual differences result in assuming different roles .
Conclusion: Concerning the role of activity type and watching these events no significant difference was observed meaning that there is no significant different between athletic exercises of the athletes and attitude change
