Comparison of quality of work life and life expectancy with job satisfaction among teachers of physical and physical disabilities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of work life and life expectancy with job satisfaction among teachers of physical and physical disabilities.The statistical population of this research is all teachers and physicians of physical activity in the Delfan elementary school, which is based on the official statistics of the Department of Education, and the number of primary school teachers is 560. A sample of 50 physically handicapped teachers and 50 normal teachers were selected as a statis-tical sample. To select the subjects, the Teachers Physical Disabilities Teachers Unit was used. In order to select the sample of ordinary teachers, the matched method was used. First, after the implementation of the questionnaire, teachers with physical disabilities had their demographic information matched to normal teachers. The data gathering tool was Shannider et al. (1991), Walton Work Quality Quality Questionnaire (1989), and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). To analyze the data, in addition to the descriptive method, independent t-test (t-test) was used. The findings of the research show that there is a direct and significant relationship between the quality of work life and life expectancy with job satisfaction among teachers of physical and physical disabilities in norabad city of Lorestan in academic year 98-97.
