Abstract

Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic sessions on the life of middle-aged women up to the selected intelligence. The research method is quasi-experimental, which is a two-group design with pre-test and post-test.
Methodology: Participants included six middle-aged women who were randomly selected among 80 women who were referred to aerobic clubs. At the beginning of the questionnaire, the emotional, spiritual, cultural and ethical intelligences completed in Iran were completed as a pretest, then the experimental subjects received 12 sessions per session for 1 hour under the supervision of the instructor and the control group engaged in their daily work. . At the end, the above questionnaires were completed as a post-test. The questionnaires were completed as a post-test.
Results: The data extracted from the questionnaires were used in the hypotheses of the research using the Shiiproilk test to verify the normality of the data. Yuman Vitamin test was used for the difference between the pretest and the post-test. The results show that sitting aerobics exercises have been effective in improving the lives and increasing the intelligence of selected middle-aged women.
