Abstract

The general aim of the current research was to design the ethical model of Iranian professional trainers. The current research is a qualitative-quantitative research in which a model based on the moral values of Iranian professional trainers is fitted using the data theory approach. In this research, information has been collected through in-depth interviews in the form of general and semi-structured guidance. Also, 384 people participated in the research to model the structural equations. The statistical population of this research includes all the professional trainers of the federation and all the experts and experts in this field. Interviews are conducted until theoretical saturation and lack of access to the tablecode, and then based on Morgan's table, random sampling is done from among the professional trainers who are more than 1000 people. 384 people in the quantitative section to fill the questionnaire that was obtained from the interviews. According to Morgan's table, according to the size of the population, 385 subjects were considered as the research sample. The samples are used randomly from wrestling, weightlifting, volleyball and athletics. First of all, with descriptive statistics such as dispersion indices such as median, average, mean and dispersion indices such as variance and standard deviation to describe demographic data, it is necessary to mention that the approach of the present research is a qualitative quantitative hybrid approach,
