Abstract
Introduction: In recent decades, the concept of organizational culture in the sports sector, especially competitive sports, has received more attention. However, the introduction of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has created a new perspective in recognizing, analyzing, and promoting organizational culture.
Objective: The aim of this study is to systematically examine the relationship between organizational culture and artificial intelligence in competitive sports organizations and analyze international studies published in this field.
Methods: This study was conducted as a systematic review and international literature was examined between 2011 and 2025. The search was based on reliable databases including Web of Science, Google Scholar, and EBSCO. Finally, 25 articles were selected from the Web of Science database, eight articles from EBSCO, and three articles from Google Scholar, and the final sample size was 36 articles. It was conducted with predetermined criteria to identify the role of artificial intelligencealgorithms in measuring, interpreting, and developing organizational culture.
Findings: The results include bibliometric analysis of sources, frequency of key concepts related to AI and organizational culture, methods used for data-driven measurement of sports culture, and new research models in competitive organizations.
Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that integrating AI into sports organizational culture research can improve decision-making, organizational learning, and managerial effectiveness. This review is a step towards developing new approaches in international sports research and intelligent management.
