Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between employees' perception of organizational policies and organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in selected sports and youth departments of the country. The research method used in this research is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population of the present study was made up of all the employees of the selected sports and youth departments of the country. The sample of the above research was obtained randomly using Morgan's table and 150 people were selected as a sample. The sampling method of the present research is random. The tool of this research is a checklist of individual characteristics of research samples whose questions include gender, age, work experience, level of education and field of study. The questionnaire used in this research is the organizational justice questionnaire of Ranihof and Moorman (1993). ) which includes 20 items and three dimensions, Padsakoff and McKenzie's organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (1990), which consists of 24 questions and is designed as a five-point Likert scale, and Kachmer and Carlson's perceived organizational policy questionnaire. (1997), includes 15 items and three components. Kolmogorov Smironov statistical test was used to determine the normal distribution of data, due to the normality of some data distribution, Pearson correlation test was used and because some data distribution was not normal, Spearman correlation test was used, and SPSS software was used for data analysis. .
