Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of sports management in the physical training organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army on the productivity and discovering the talents of the employees of that organization. This study is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of variables, cross-sectional in terms of time, and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research is formed by the army physical training organization in Tehran, the total number of the statistical population was 60 employees of this organization, which was determined by random sampling and using Cochran's table to the number of 52 people. In order to collect data, it was done through an online and face-to-face questionnaire among the employees. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been checked through evaluation and opinion of experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data have been analyzed through statistical methods of binomial mean and correlation tests and using Spss software. The results of the hypothesis test of this research showed that sports management in the army's physical training organization has a positive and significant effect on the productivity and discovery of the talents of the employees of that organization.
