Abstract

Background & Purpose: The general purpose of this study was to design and fit the structural pattern of organizational justice impact on job commitment with the mediating role of job involvement in sports federations staffs. Materials & Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was conducted in a sample including 410 employees of sports federations. To collect data, Colquitt organizational justice, Edwards and Kilpatrick job involvement, and Allen & Meyer's job commitment questionnaires were used. Analyze of data, was done by correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL softewares.
