Purpose: Blended learning is the integration of different learning approaches, new technologies and activities that combine traditional face-to-face teaching methods with authentic online methodologies. The current research aims to investigate the impact of blended learning approach on the development of academic performance, motivation and satisfaction of elementary school students. became.
Methodology: The current research was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design, with an experimental group and a control group. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the students of the elementary school in Quds city. The statistical sample includes 120 volunteer elementary school students who were selected by purposive sampling. An academic performance test and students' motivation and satisfaction scale were used. Participants did blended learning approach sessions for 8 weeks. Analysis of variance method was used for data analysis (p<0.005).
Results: The results showed that the blended learning approach had a significant effect on the development of students' academic performance, motivation and satisfaction (p<0.001). The students who participated in the blended learning approach had better motivation and satisfaction than the students in the control group in the post-test of academic performance.
Conclusion: Blended learning strategies are effective for improving academic performance, motivation, and student satisfaction and providing convenient and flexible learning. It was also cost-effective to implement blended learning strategies.
