including two intervention groups (High intensity interval training group and moderate intensity interval training group) and one control group. After induction of diabetic rats, interval training was applied for 12 weeks, 5 sessions per week in diabetic rats. Exercise intensity in the moderate -intensity group was equal to 5-8 m / min (equivalent to 65-70% Vo2max), the intensity of training in a high intensity training group was equivalent to a speed of 22-25 m / min (equivalent to 85-90% Vo2max) and the control group did not receive any intervention during this period. Protein PLIN3 was assessed using western blot technique. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Bonfrony's post hoc test .The results of the post hoc test indicated a significant decrease in PLIN3 in the high and moderate intensity interval training groups compared to the control group (p = 0.001). There was no significant difference between high intensity and moderate intensity training groups (p = 0.274). The results of post hoc test showed a significant decrease in insulin and glucose in moderate and high intensity training group compared to control group (p = 0.001). Overall, it seems that both the intensity of interval training have been effective in reducing perilipin and glucose metabolism. And the difference between the two training intensities in this reduction is not significant.
