Introduction and Objective:With the advancement of modern technologies and the growing importance of athlete health and safety, smart sports engineering has emerged as a novel branch focused on the design, maintenance, and optimization of sports facilities and equipment. This study aims to investigate the application of smart technologies and safety standards to enhance the performance and durability of sports venues.
Methodology:This research employed sensor data analysis, 3D modeling, and simulation of sports environments to evaluate intelligent design and maintenance processes. International safety and quality standards for sports facilities were used as evaluation criteria.
Results:The findings demonstrated that the implementation of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), intelligent monitoring systems, and optimization algorithms significantly improves maintenance efficiency, reduces repair costs, and enhances athlete safety. Additionally, data-driven design and advanced simulations enabled injury prediction and environmental condition improvements.
Conclusion:Smart sports engineering, leveraging advanced technologies and adhering to safety standards, plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of sports facilities and the enhancement of the sports experience quality. Future research is recommended to further integrate emerging technologies with facility maintenance management to maximize efficiency and safety.
