Introduction and Objective: The aim of the present research is to examine the effect of customer commitment and motivation on the productivity of private swimming pools in Tehran. Given the importance of productivity in providing sports services and its impact on customer satisfaction, this study seeks to identify the relationships between these variables and evaluate the current status of private swimming pools.
Methodology: This research was conducted using a survey method, and the statistical population includes all customers who are members of private sports swimming pools in Tehran. Cluster sampling was performed randomly among sports facilities, resulting in a sample size of 384 individuals selected using Morgan's table. Data collection tools included the Sports Facility Productivity Questionnaire .the Sports Commitment Questionnaire, and the Motivation for Participation and Sports Advancement Questionnaire.
Results: The analysis of data indicated a positive and significant relationship between the productivity of private swimming pools in Tehran and customers' motivation for sports advancement and sports commitment. Additionally, multiple regression analysis showed that among the dimensions of productivity, 13% of the managerial index, 44% of the planning index, 34% of control and supervision, and 23% of maintenance index explain the variable of sports commitment. Furthermore, 47% of the human resources index, 44% of the physical index, 11% of the managerial index, and 11% of the planning index explain the variable of motivation for sports advancement.
Conclusion: The findings of this study can assist pool managers in improving service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
